ChemDesign Products Inc. broke ground on its new Multi-Million-Dollar Technology Center Investment

ChemDesign Products Inc. broke ground on Feb 1st, 2020 for its brand new 25,000 sq. ft. technology center. Keller Incorporated is leading the design & build in conjunction with fellow Northeast Wisconsin companies Mach IV, Tom Van Handel Corp, JT Schmidt, Ideal Air, and Faith Technologies. The construction process should take eight months with occupancy expected by the fall of 2020.  Once finished, the building will serve as the new central hub for an estimated 160 employees, making it easier for them to interact and collaborate.

The two-story technology center will contain state of the art process support and quality control laboratories as well as administrative and operational offices, locker rooms, and a cafeteria.  New additions will include a visitor reception area, open-concept office space, flexible customer conference rooms, and an employee training center. The facilities’ industry-leading design standards will increase interdepartmental communication, safety, and employee wellbeing. This building is aligned with the company’s initiatives to provide excellent customer service, technical efficiency, and facilitate the collaboration that creates high-quality chemical intermediate products.

“This new technology center will enable us to gather all staff under one roof. I am extremely pleased to see the completion of this; as it continues to demonstrate our investment into meeting and exceeding the expectations of our employees and our customers,” said Dave Mielke, President, and CEO of ChemDesign. This building plan is yet another milestone toward continued growth for the company.
