Our team is looking for full-time, skilled and motivated chemical technicians (operators) to join a team in producing a variety of chemicals for global customers.

Chemical  technicians understand productivity expectations, including yield and cycle time. As a team, they recognize and troubleshoot variations in equipment and take the necessary corrective action to stay within the process parameters. Our operators strive to learn and understand the concepts of successful chemical manufacture and safety protocol.

A chemical technician is a semi-skilled position that oversees the operating equipment in the manufacturing of various compounds used to improve our life needs.  Much like a chef, a chemical operator must follow a detailed recipe and combine various ingredients to make a new product.  We run a 24/7/365 operation that requires employees to work a rotating 12-hour work schedule.  Operators working this schedule enjoy the benefit of working only 14-days/month with a scheduled 7-days off every 28-days.  Overtime is available and greatly increases a person’s earning potential.
