ChemDesign Employees Complete 2021 NWTC-CTED Leadership Course

On May 6th, 2021, ChemDesign employees gathered for their last Leadership course offered by NWTC’s CTED(Cooperate Training and Economic Development) in Marinette, Wisconsin. ChemDesign wishes to recognize and thank everyone for investing their time to become a better leader and building the skills to help our workforce be the best it can be.

Employees who completed the 2021 course were: Wendy Swanson, Kevin Harris, Mike Hinterberg, Dennis Kaufman, Vince Schackmann, Chris Moore, Derek Norkoli, Erica Beaumier, Kevin Possi, Matt Smiley, Jordan Parker, Kaylyn Gustafson, Mindy Doubek, David Jaszczak, Tina Odea, Gretchen Smith, Neal Nordstrom, Garrett Unsworth, and Bob Martens.

About the Class

CTED though NWTC, in Marinette, offers customized corporate training courses including many topics from categories such as business, technical, safety, and health. The Leadership Academy course features training units that focus on leadership challenges, communication, coaching, developing others, resolving conflict, high-performing teams, and using failures to leverage success.
