ChemDesign in Marinette, WI is hiring up to 12 full-time Material Handlers to support its chemical production operations. These positions are ideal for people who enjoy hands-on work and want a steady, fixed schedule — no rotation required.

Whether you prefer an 8-hour day, a 10-hour shift, or something in between, we offer multiple schedule options to fit your lifestyle.

What You’ll Do
  • Operate forklifts and move materials safely (we’ll train you!)
  • Stage raw materials and support production processes
  • Assist with material transfers in drying or centrifuging
  • Work both indoors and outdoors
  • Perform general helper duties across departments
What is Your Pay
  • Starting Wage: $21.00/hour day shift
  • +$1.00/hour for second shift
  • +$2.00/hour for third shift
Typical Schedule:
  • Fixed shifts Monday – Friday
  • 8-hour shifts, 1st, 2nd, 3rd Monday-Friday
  • 10-hour shifts, 1st or 2nd, Monday-Thursday then Tuesday – Friday (4-day weekend every other week)

Employees may choose one of the following options:

  1. Work holidays as they occur, subject to available work and standard holiday pay practices.
  2. Observe holidays off according to the recognized holiday schedule for non-rotational employees.

Education & Prerequisites:
  • High school diploma or GED; relevant manufacturing experience is a plus.
  • Forklift certification is required—training and certification will be provided.
  • Ability to lift 55 lbs repeatedly; frequent use of ladders and stairs;
  • Above all, a positive attitude, reliability, and a willingness to learn are essential.
