Applicants must be prepared for a few weeks of on-site training and mentorship. This position oversees the operating of manufacturing equipment to produce various compounds. Much like a chef, a chemical operator must follow a detailed recipe and combine ingredients to make a new product.

Responsibilities: Setting up and operating reactors and ancillary equipment. Troubleshoot and make adjustments as needed when they notice the process parameters are not as expected, or, within predetermined specifications.
