Paid Time Off

Work Schedules

We designed ours to support both work and life balance:

  • Operators work a 12-hour rotating schedule built for strong balance.
  • Typical structure includes working 14 days per month.
  • Plus a scheduled 7 days off every 28 days.
  • Material Handlers can choose first, second, or third shift options. 

Paid Training

  • We set you up with the knowledge and training to succeed in your role in the chemical manufacturing industry. 
  • New operators complete a comprehensive training process before working.
  • Mentorship and shadowing for hands-on practice to build competence. 
  • Training covers chemical processing topics with a strong emphasis on safety.

Journeyman Training

For qualifying trades roles, employees can pursue apprenticeship certification through NWTC to gain greater technical skills, expand responsibilities, and build a clearer career pathway.
