Work Schedules
We designed ours to support both work and life balance:
- Operators work a 12-hour rotating schedule built for strong balance.
- Typical structure includes working 14 days per month.
- Plus a scheduled 7 days off every 28 days.
- Material Handlers can choose first, second, or third shift options.
Paid Training
