Our Values in Action

At ChemDesign, we’re proud to call Marinette, Wisconsin our home—a vibrant community where we live, work, and give back. Our corporate giving priorities are Youth STEM Education, Community Betterment, Feeding People, and Employee Involvement.

In 2026, we partnered with more than 45 local organizations to provide scholarships, food pantry assistance, and family programs, benefiting our community of 24,000 residents. Key partnerships and contributions include:

  • Contributing to community programs through the Marinette Menominee Area Chamber of Commerce.
  • Participating in Menominee Recreation Department Family Fun Night by presenting STEM demonstrations and distributing treats to families.
  • Supporting the local YMCA through annual campaign donations and employee participation in Corporate Challenge teams.
  • Conducting annual fundraising campaigns for the local Tri-County United Way.
  • Partnering with the Salvation Army on an annual Angel Tree program that provides holiday gifts to families in need.
  • Serving as an annual donor to the local St. Vincent de Paul Food Pantry.
  • Sustaining a successful internship program for more than 10 years.
