Business Relations Manager

This self-directed individual will be responsible for identifying and orchestrating the necessary activities to elevate the experience for both external and internal customers. Responsibilities:

  • Manage all aspects of the customer experience, including coordinating customer meetings and visits.
  • Communicate with operations to balance customer expectations and operational availability.
  • Align Customer, Operations, and Purchasing activities to ensure required materials and supplies are available when needed.
  • Collaborate with all involved parties to ensure project deadlines are met.
  • Coordinate the end of campaign activities including returning of customer owned inventory and cost comparison reporting.
  • Ensure necessary documentation and information requirements are met.
  • Understand and improve the overall flow of information and process to better serve both internal and external customer requirements.
  • Supervise and provide coverage for the customer service, purchasing, and warehouse teams.

Prerequisites:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Finance, or Marketing
  • Supervisory experience is preferred
  • Proficient in MS Office applications
  • Experience with ERP or Business Enterprise System
